Return Policy

Changing or returning products to the Decor di Casa store: The general return policy described above can be modified as follows if you have access to the Decor di Casa store. We will fully review the product you returned and inform you of your refund, if any. Your refund will be processed as soon as possible (in any case no later than 30 days from the day you notified us of the refund). The refund will be made in the same way as the payment of the order.
For products that have been damaged, or are not in the same condition as the one you received, or have been used, no refund will be given.

Return Policy - Defective Products
