Change - Back:
In case you want to return a product you have the right to do so within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt, in its original packaging and in excellent condition.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
The product must be returned with all the accompanying documents (Retail Receipt, Invoice or Shipping Receipt)

Money return :
You have the right to withdraw (refund) within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all the accompanying documents (Retail Receipt, Invoice or Shipping Receipt) and in excellent condition.
The refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the date we receive the product.
Refunds will be made in the same way as payment for the order.

Return to our physical store:
It is also possible to change or return products to the Decor di Casa store in case you have access to it.
In this case, you can personally return the product to the physical store and deliver it to the store staff, having previously contacted the store manager.
For products that have been damaged, or have been used there is no refund or exchange.
The right of return-exchange and refund does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your special needs.
Return Policy - Defective Products
In case a product you received is defective, contact the Customer Service Department at 2810 346272 or send us an e-mail at info@decordicasa.gr with details of the product and its defect.
You must return the product to our address listed above, for a fee according to the Shipping Cost Guide.
We will review the product carefully and notify you of the right of replacement or refund (if any).
For products returned by you due to a defect, if there really is, we will refund all your money, even the amount you were charged for returning the product to us.
None of the above terms is contrary to your legal rights.
